.How can I find my ring size?

.How do I care for my jewelry? 

All Tandis Kay pieces are made in high quality .925 silver and are meant to last a lifetime. Silver naturally tarnishes but with proper care it will age beautifully and become a loved keepsake. To prevent tarnish or damage, your jewelry should be stored in a cool, dry place away from any moisture. Keep your jewelry in a pouch or a lined box between wear and regularly polish with the soft polishing cloth included with your order. Avoid contact with; water, lotions, hand sanitizer, perfume, hairspray, and liquids. 

.Do you make custom or bespoke pieces?

Yes! I would love to work closely with you to either customize an existing piece (i.e. setting gemstones, engraving, gold or gold plated, etc.) or to design a bespoke piece especially for you. Please email me at tandis.teekay@gmail.com to further discuss your ideas.

.Can I cancel my order? 

Yes. Please email within 24 hours of placing your order and you may cancel for a full refund.

.Can I change my shipping address?
