SHIPPING

All items are handmade to order. Please allow 3-4 weeks for shipping. 

All domestic and Canada orders ship for free and international orders ship at a flat rate of $25. The buyer is provided with tracking information once the item has been shipped. Buyer is responsible for any taxes, duties, fees, etc. on international orders. 

Tandis Kay is not liable for any lost or stolen packages once tracking information has been issued.

RETURNS + EXCHANGES

All sales are final. No returns or exchanges accepted as each item is handmade to order. If the buyer has any questions regarding sizing, please contact Tandis.teekay@gmail.com prior to purchase.

Resizing as well as repairs are available upon request. All resizing and repairs are subjected to a fee to be covered by the buyer. 

Repairs, excluding those resulting from customer's personal negligence, are covered for one year from the date of the purchase. Please note that Tandis Kay is not responsible for shipping charges incurred with repair. Please contact me prior to shipping any items to be repaired.
